2. Introducer's Code

Where you are an introducer referring a client to us, by accepting these terms and conditions you are undertaking to:-

• comply with the provisions of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct 2007
• In particular disclose the referral arrangements to the client, including the amount of any referral fee and provide the client with all relevant information pursuant to Regulation 9.02 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007
• That you have signed and delivered to us our Referral Agreement (a copy of which is annexed to these terms and conditions)

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in or relating to the contents of the Website belong to either us, to our suppliers or business partners. All such Rights are protected by copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and you may not copy, republish or otherwise use the content of the Website save as provided in these Terms or as otherwise expressly agreed with you.

4. The Website

4.1 We, or our suppliers, may update or otherwise change the content of the Website at any time and without notice to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any changes we may make from time to time.

4.2 The Website may contain hyperlinks to sites operated by companies or organisations other than us.

5. Your Use of the Website

5.1 You may not use the Website other than as expressly authorised within these Terms, within the Website itself or as expressly agreed by us with you in writing.

5.2 You may download to a local hard disk and/or print extracts from the Website solely for your own personal and non-commercial use.

6. Use or Downloading of the Software

6.1 Your use of any Software is governed by the terms of the Licence Agreement, if any, which accompanies that Software.

6.2 You may install and/or use any of the Software accompanied by a Licence Agreement, only if you first agree to the terms of the Licence Agreement.

6.3 If any of the Software is not accompanied by a Licence Agreement, we hereby grant to you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that Software solely as required for viewing and otherwise using the Website in accordance with these Terms.

6.4 All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in the Software belongs to us or to our suppliers or business partners and you agree not to use the Software in any manner which may infringe those rights.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of that information and cannot be held liable for any use of such information by you or your reliance on it except as specifically agreed with us in writing. Your referring agent and the agent dealing with your transaction will also have access to the on-line case tracking to enable them to update all parties involved in the transaction and to ensure open communication within the chain. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to this.
